Camas Meadows offers over 2,500 square feet of indoor meeting & event space year round and 3,200 square feet of seasonal space including our outdoor pavilion and lower terrace. We can accommodate groups of up to 250 in our outdoor pavilion tent, groups of 175 guests in the Main Banquet Room which can also be divided into two smaller spaces for more intimate gatherings. Groups of 100 or less we can accommodate on our open air lower terrace or for even smaller groups (12 or fewer guests) our Executive Conference Room is ideal. Camas Meadows is screened from its urban surroundings by 330 acres of both natural wetlands and wooded areas, and is perfectly situated to strengthen the focus and productivity of your meeting, conference, or other private gathering.
